Peter Muff se narodil jako DJ v roce 1997. Pod aliasem Muff začal působit na místních diskotékách v místních klubech. Jeho oblíbený žánr byl klasický komerční dance, house. Po několika letech experimentování na místních diskotékách se dostává i mimo své rodné město. Jako jeden z mála DJů zažil a měl možnost hrát na legendární Stodolní Ulici. V době magnetofónových pásek se věnoval i své komerční radio hitparádě s názvem DJ Muff Non Stop Party 🙂 Krom České Republiky se podíval i na Slovensko. Zvrat v jeho kariéře zažil po několika letech hraní komerční hudby. Začal se pod aliasem Peter Muff věnovat i jiným hudebním stylům. K srdci mu nejvíce přirostl trance a jeho některé odnože (progressive, tech, uplift).

V té době tedy kombinoval 2 podobné aliasy a s každým hrál své specifické žánry. Později přichází možnost hrát pro slovenské radio Protonic a tak zakládá svou první radio show s názvem Trance Session. Radio show dlouhá 2 hodiny plná progressive, melodického a upliftového trance. Poslechovost a úspěšnost této radio show na sebe nenechala dlouho čekat a přichází možnost vysílat stejnou show i na řeckém Dance Radiu. Pár let na to přichází i první akce s názvem Trance Session. První edice nepřinesla, kromě opravdu vydařeného hudebního zážitku, žádné světové hvězdy. Postupem času se začala akce rozšiřovat a portfolio djs se začalo měnit. Druhá edice přinesla i první živé vystoupení. Největšího boomu zažila Trance Session při prvních zahraničních hostech (Anquila Project, Bjorn Akesson, Nifra, Eddie Sender, EKG, Ronny K., Lazarus, …). 5tý ročník se dočkal i změny místa konání akce (Ostravský Fabric) a byl prvním ročníkem, který byl vysílán live na rádiu AH.FM.

Po úspěšném pátém ročníku přichází možnost vysílat Trance Session každý měsíc právě na rádiu AH.FM. Souběžne s radio show Trance Session vzniká další radio show zaměřená čistě na melodický a upliftový trance s názvem UpMe Session. Show o délce 60 minut byla vysílána každý týden na populárním radiu Trance.FM. Po zániku radia Trance.FM se show na nějakou dobu pozastavila při své epizodě 225. V současné době je možné UpMe Session naladit na ruském rádiu Impuls a to každou sobotu ve 22h CET. Kromě změny radia se změnila i délka z 60 minut na 120 minut plných melodického a upliftového trance.

Jako Peter Muff se prezentoval v několika větších klubech a významnějších akcích v České Republice, ale i v Polsku nebo na Slovensku. Mohl si tak zahrát po boku několika světových jmen. Kromě hraní na různých akcích se věnuje i produkci. Prezentoval se i na akci Underground Night věnované právě hudbě, která nejede na komerčních rádiích (house, techno, trance). Má za sebou i několik svých 8h setů od otevření klubu až po samotný konec… večer s názvem Electronic Vibes. Na svědomí má několik zajímavých mashupů či remixů, které hrává při svých vystoupeních.

Peter Muff as a DJ was born in 1997. Under the alias, Muff began acting in local clubs. His favorite genre was a classic commercial dance, house. After several years of experimentation in local clubs, he went also outside his hometown. As one of the few DJs, he had the chance to play on the legendary Stodolní Street in Ostrava. At the time of tapes he also devoted himself to his commercial radio charts called DJ Muff Non Stop Party 🙂 Besides the Czech Republic he also looked at Slovakia. The revival in his career has gone through several years of commercial music. Peter Muff’s alias began to devote himself to other musical styles. The trance and its some oddities (progressive, tech, uplift) grew most to his heart.

At that time, he combined 2 similar aliases and each played his specific genres. Later comes the opportunity to play for the Slovak radio Protonic and thus establishes his first radio show caled Trance Session. 2 hours Radio show full of progressive, melodic and uplifting trance. The listening and success of this radio show did not take long to wait and the opportunity to broadcast the same show on the Greek Dance Radio. For a few years, the first event called Trance Session comes as well. The first edition did not bring any world stars besides a really good musical experience. Over time, the event began to expand and the djs portfolio began to change. The second edition brought the first live performance. The biggest boom was the Trance Session with the first foreign guests (Anquila Project, Bjorn Akesson, Nifra, Eddie Sender, EKG, Ronny K., Lazarus, Manuel le Saux, …). The 5th year edition also change in the event venue (Ostravský Fabric) and was the first year that was broadcast live on Radio AH.FM.

After the successful fifth year, it is possible to broadcast the Trance Session every month on the AH.FM radio. Simultaneously with the radio show Trance Session, another radio show is set up focusing on a melodic and uplifting trance called UpMe Session. A 60-minute show was broadcast every week on the popular Trance.FM radio. After the end of the Trance.FM radio, the show stopped for some time during its episode 225. At present it is possible to tune UpMe Session on the Russian Radio Impuls every Saturday at 22h CET. Except for radio change, the length of 60 minutes changed to 120 minutes full of melodic and uplifting trance.

As Peter Muff he presented himself in several major clubs and major events in the Czech Republic, but also in Poland or Slovakia. He played alongside several world names. In addition to playing at various events, he is also involved in production. He also appeared on the Underground Night event dedicated to music that does not go on commercial radio (house, techno, trance). He has also had a few 8hrs sets from opening the club to the very end … an evening called Electronic Vibes. He has several interesting mashups or remixes in his conscience that he plays during his performances.
